Your subcontractors were a delight to work with and we were able to see the quality of work they did. Karla’s knowledge of kitchen layout and appliances made us a very workable kitchen. I couldn’t have picked anything better! One year later, you did our walk through for any warranty work, which we had a few minor corrections. A couple of days later you and your crew had everything touched up. I don’t know of any other Builder that follows up with their customers like you do. If we ever build another home, MarKar will be our builder. Thanks again for a beautiful home.

First, we have been very pleased with the fit and finish of our home. After 8 months we have yet to see even a settling crack. Second, when a wall was removed at our request, carpet was used from another room to ensure a good color match in this highly visible location. Then Marshall ordered new carpet for the back room….. Attention to little details. Third, has been the unsolicited follow-up by MarKar just because they were “in the neighborhood” …. In other words, they care after the sale too!

Our house is a quality home. We like the design; the kitchen has many good things to make it very usable for the homemaker. I especially like the rollout shelves, location of dishwasher to cupboards, and special cupboard and nook for coffeemaker. The counter with sink facing great room makes for a cozy feeling. We enjoy the closets in each bathroom and the extra one in the hall for linens. The indirect lighting in the master bedroom and also in dining room gives a lovely glow instead of too bright light. Altogether, we like our home very much, and we are thankful for and appreciate the excellent attention given to us during our settling in. We very much appreciate and recommend MarKar Builders for excellent homes.
