A native of Idaho, I have enjoyed this wonderful community all my life. My interests are fun loving grandchildren, gardening, cooking and playing games with family and friends.

My Husband Marshall and I have been designing and building new homes since 1993. Becky Nielsen

Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. I am Becky Nielsen and have resided in Boise my entire life. I love to call this city home. My interests include reading, working on cars, gardening, yard sales, and of course real estate.

I am currently working on a Bachelors Degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, as well as building my real estate career.

My interest in real estate first began after purchasing my first home, then by working with a prominent builder in the Treasure Valley, MarKar Design & Construction, Inc.; working with this builder has enabled me to become familiar with the process of buying and selling property. I do maintain a part-time position with MarKar, as well as raising my family, going to school and pursuing a real estate career.

Prior to this I worked at Albertson’s General Office for eight years mainly producing slide shows for deli managers in Texas, to the Annual Stockholders Meeting. I then spent two wonderful years at home with my new baby, who is not so new anymore.

Eileen Peterson

I have been a Boise resident since the 1960’s. My former positions include serving the taxpayers of Idaho by working with the State Board of Tax Appeals as Executive Assistant and Director.

After receiving the Governor’s Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Achievement I went to see the world working as a Tour Manager and a cruise line employee.

Getting back on solid ground, I am enjoying finding new homes for happy buyers and marketing and selling listed homes for sellers. Working to find appropriate properties for investors and to help them to successfully acquire them is important to me as I am a real estate investor myself.

I am the proud mom of 3 wonderful daughters, all of whom are nurses, 3 super sons-in-laws and have 3 superlative grandchildren ~~ Golly, 3 must be my lucky number!
